We want the shipping process to feel clear before you order.
This page explains where direct website checkout is currently available, when orders normally leave our studio, what delivery timing to expect, and how tracking information is shared.
Supported Direct-Checkout Destinations
Free standard shipping is available to supported addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and eligible APO/FPO military addresses.
Estimated delivery is normally 6–10 business days.
APO/FPO orders must include a complete military address using APO or FPO as the city and AA, AE, or AP as the state code. Some military ZIP Codes may be temporarily unavailable.
DPO addresses and U.S. territories not specifically listed above are not currently supported.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs processing, carrier operations, weather, or military transportation restrictions.
Where Orders Ship From
Held Stone orders ship from Xi’an, China.
Each piece is prepared, packed, and dispatched from our studio after your order is placed.
Order Processing Time
Orders normally ship within 48 hours after they are placed.
In some cases, dispatch may take longer because of holidays, carrier conditions, incomplete address details, payment review, or order-specific questions.
If we need clarification or expect a delay, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.
Estimated Delivery Time
For supported U.S. destinations listed above, estimated delivery is usually 6–10 business days after dispatch.
This delivery range begins after your order has been shipped, not from the moment the order is placed.
Delivery timing is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, local delivery conditions, holidays, and other events outside our control may affect the final delivery time.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
Please allow time for the carrier system to update after tracking information becomes available.
Shipping Cost
Free standard shipping is available to supported U.S. addresses listed on this page. At checkout, the available standard shipping method is shown as Shipping included at $0.
Taxes
Any applicable sales taxes are shown at checkout.
Address Changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address.
We can usually help update an address before an order has been dispatched.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If your address is outside the supported direct-checkout destinations listed above, you may contact us before ordering to ask whether availability can be reviewed for your destination.
